Worrying about the election won't help - but it can hurt YOU

Worry is a debilitating emotion. It can dominate your thoughts until you're unable to function
properly in your home or work life. It can give you indigestion. It can affect your sleep. It can even lead to physical ailments.

Meanwhile, those who know the Law of Attraction will tell you that worrying about something will draw that something to you.

Perhaps your individual worry that the "wrong" candidate will be elected won't change the outcome, but if enough people worry together, it just might. The vibratory energy of thought is a powerful force.

So if you're worried - about the election or about anything else affecting your life, the thing to do is to cut it out.

Gain control of your mind and your thoughts - and when you begin to worry or obsess over something, "switch the channel." Think of something that pleases you.

Maybe that something is the smile on a loved one's face. Maybe it's a warm puppy. Maybe it's anticipation of a bubble bath. Whatever it is that will give your feelings an instant lift - switch to it.
If you're having trouble thinking of something when the worry has taken over - keep a written list of "good feeling thoughts" that you can refer to. Then do it.

Are You "Falling Apart" in the face of too many responsibilities?

Suddenly, there's too much going on at work, too much going on at home, and too many stresses and demands in our relationships. At that point, we feel like we're "supposed" to be doing it all at once, even though we know that's physically impossible. 


It can happen easily, especially for people who have a strong sense of responsibility and a hard time saying "No" to requests.


Of course the answer is to learn to say no, then to prioritize our tasks and delegate some of them to another person. But... that's not always easy. Some of us take responsibility so seriously that we feel we must handle every small detail.

Keeping on in that vein is a good way to bring on exhaustion and physical illness along with mental distress. And then, when you suddenly can't cope, the people around you don't know what to do, because you've made yourself indispensable. Remember that your first responsibility is to yourself - and that you'll be of no use to the people who depend upon you if you have an emotional or physical breakdown.

Is there such a thing as too much love?

Unfortunately, there is. Perhaps not too much love, but too much worry and concern for loved ones.

Is Sleep Loss Making You Sick?

Is the sameness in your routine exhausting you?

Is Your Impatience Damaging Your Life ?

If you suffer from impatience, it probably means that you are a highly intelligent person. You're quick-thinking and quick-acting.

Is illness simply a fact of life - or preventable?

Is it possible to avoid illness?

With all the worries and stresses in the world and all the toxins in our air, our water, and our food, is it even possible to remain well?

Dr. Edward Bach believed it was entirely possible to remain well. So do those who consciously practice the Law of Attraction.
