A New Year – a Good Time to Go Natural

First, let me say that in spite of my concerns, I don't encourage anyone to simply throw away their prescriptions.I do encourage people to think "natural" before thinking that every little problem should be solved by another pill.

News about the health hazards contained in pharmaceuticals always makes me worry about the future of our society. When I think of the chemical "stew" that resides in many bodies, I fear that our young people could be old and feeble by the time they're 40.

The good news is that more and more people are waking up and saying "Why do I want to take something with all those dire side effects? Perhaps there's a better way."

We're seeing a rise in the number of books on the market promoting natural remedies and natural supplements for good health. And some doctors are even beginning to recognize the value of a balanced diet.

Wouldn't it be something if the majority of people started saying no to chemicals that cause more problems than they cure?

If instead of Prozac or Zoloft to numb their feelings they used Bach Flower Essences to get at the root of the issue and re-balance their energies?
If instead of sleeping pills that cause scary side effects, they used one of the Bach Flower Sweet Dreams blends to give them natural sleep?

If instead of mind-altering drugs parents used FeelBach's
Attention Deficit blend in conjunction with a better diet to help kids calm down and focus.

Would the incidence of high blood pressure and heart disease drop if more people de-stressed themselves with Feel5ive?

So many of our modern problems are the result of unbalanced energies, and can be safely treated with Dr. Bach's Flowers. I'm sure it won't happen overnight, but if those of us who know keep spreading the word to family and friends we'll at least be doing our part for a healthier world.

What is Preventing Your Good Night's Sleep?

If you have sleep problems and have been unable to find relief, there could be one simple answer. You're treating the wrong problem.

Not all sleep problems are alike and not all sleep problems stem from the same source. That's why
FeelBach! has formulated 4 different flower essence blends.

Those who can't fall asleep at night may be suffering from a mind that won't let go of the day's problems and worries. I used to suffer from this – and part of it was actually on purpose. My days were so hectic that I'd save up things to ponder after I went to bed. Then I'd keep on trying to work in my sleep. How silly.

Sweet Dreams formula #1  helped me stop this destructive practice. Now I fall asleep easily.

Some people just can't relax at night. Every little noise in the house bothers them; they worry about not waking up on time; they get up to double-check that the doors are locked or the coffee pot is unplugged. Sweet Dreams #2 can help them settle down and go to sleep easily.

My neighbor suffers from waking up about 3 in the morning and being unable to go back to sleep. His problem is long standing – the demons he fears creep into his mind at that time and he actually hates the night. Just as it helps those who suffer from nightmares, SweetDreams #3 would help him. But he won't' consider it because it's not a pharmaceutical product – and he won't use those because they don't help him. He'll continue to suffer.

Some impatient souls simply wake up too early – because they don't want to miss anything. But of course they do, because they're tired all day. Sweet Dreams #4 is made for them.

Since these problems are all so different, it's no wonder that "one size fits all" drugs can't help everyone.

Instead of putting a chemical "band aid" on sleeplessness, Sweet Dreams formulas gently rebalance your energies so that you can naturally sleep well. They won't work instantly like a pill, but the help they give will be long lasting. And since they're all natural and have no known side effects, you wake refreshed instead of groggy.

I wish you restful sleep…

Time for me to reach for Feel5ive…

When it's time to write, I like to write – uninterrupted. In fact, that's the only way I get anything accomplished. Interruptions stop my train of thought and anything I write isn't worth reading.

So… right now I need Feel5ive, just to stay calm and accept the fact that sometimes I'm not going to be able to work.

Why? A good reason, really. We have a new puppy. And puppies bear watching, because just like
small children, they get into everything. And what they get into they tend to chew. Fortunately, I noticed right away when he grabbed the TV remote – and when he started dragging my purse into the other room.

I know I shouldn't laugh at some of his antics, but it was funny when he stood on his hind legs to get a new bag of doggie treats off the pantry shelf. And I just had to stop to grab a photo when he decided to pre-wash the dishes.

Poor baby – pretty soon he'll think his name is "No."

Murphy spends most days out with my husband, but there are times when he can't go along. Then I need to take a deep breath, calm down, and focus on "mindless" tasks until nap time. Fortunately, puppies who are growing by leaps and bounds do need to sleep a lot.

Feel5ive, formulated to relieve stress, relieves the anxiety of wondering if I'll get enough quiet time to finish promised tasks. It helps me stay calm, so that when I do have quiet time I can settle right in to work without needing an hour to settle down.

If YOU have a new puppy - get Feel5ive!

Millions Stressed About the Weather – I wish they all had Feel5ive!

For the past few days the news has been all about the weather. Flights grounded when people wanted to get home and back to work after the holidays. 40 and 50 degrees below zero temperatures. Snow and more snow.

We've been fortunate. It's cold, but not THAT cold, and for the most part the roads have been good.
It's snowing now, but it isn't piling up much. We have only a few inches on the ground.

We're fine, but all those folks who need to get back to work are under great stress. So are those whose pipes are frozen and whose cars refuse to start.

And I know what great stress I'd be under if I had a herd of cattle or horses and couldn't get them in out of 40 degree below zero temperatures. My heart goes out to all those animals – both domestic and wild – who are suffering in this cold.

Feel5ive wouldn't solve the weather problems, but it would certainly make it easier for people to relax and accept the things they can't change – like cancelled flights -  and to cope with living day to day in a deep freeze.
