Feel5ive and All Night's Sleep to the Rescue!

Have I ever mentioned my fear of dentists? It's ingrained since childhood, when my Mother was determined to take good care of my teeth. In the past 20 years I've only gone to the dentist when I absolutely couldn't avoid it – as when something really hurt.

This year I finally couldn't avoid extensive dental work. Due to an accident a few years ago, a couple of teeth had broken and two more were dangerously loose. The only options were to live as a "toothless old lady" or get an upper denture.

And was I scared!!

I know all those extractions probably weren't going to kill me. Maybe. I do have allergies, so…? I doubt that Feel5ive saved my life, but it did save my looks, because I believe that without it I wouldn't have worked up the courage to keep that appointment. I started taking a few drops several times a day about 3 days ahead of time. And… much to my joy, I wasn't quaking in fear when I arrived at the dentist's office.

But that was just the first part. Getting used to that monster in my mouth was another story. I couldn't believe how hard it was just to swallow, let alone eat food. Taking it off to clean it hurt, and putting it back hurt even worse.

Feel5ive gave me the courage to face that pain.

And then there was the tiredness. It's hard to go to sleep when something hurts, as my mouth did even without the denture. All Night's Sleep let me relax and get some much-needed rest.

My message to you is this: If there's something you're really, really afraid of, but it's important that you do it - take Feel5ive. It will calm you down and give you the courage to do what you need to do.

Stressed out over school starting?

Back to School time can be stressful for both kids and parents.

The kids are worried about everything from being accepted by other students to pleasing a teacher or teachers who may be overbearing, to wondering if they'll be able to keep up with their course work.

And of course, they're stressed at having to leave behind the childhood joys of summer and once again settle down to getting up early, spending the day in a classroom, and doing homework in the evening. Some kids love it - many do not.

And then there's parental stress. It falls on you to make sure the kids are up and ready to go to school - that they have lunch or lunch money - that they remember to take everything they need. And often that all happens while you're trying to get yourself ready for work.

In a few weeks you may all settle into a routine. The kids hopefully won't be so fearful, and the stress will ease.

In the meantime, a bottle of Feel5ive from Feel Bach! will do wonders for all of you. It's the blend actually created by Dr. Bach to ease emotional stress. So try it! You and your children will be glad you did.

Do You Know Someone Too Stubborn to Accept Help From Dr. Bach?

Lately I've been having to resist the temptation to slip into my "evangelist" role and start talking about Dr. Bach's Flower Remedies. I resist, because in this case I know I could talk all day and it wouldn't make a difference.

But it does make me sad to know that people are suffering for no reason than their own stubborn refusal to trust anything but pharmaceuticals.

My neighbor talks a lot about the trouble he has sleeping past 2 a.m. – and about how he hates and fears the night. I know that Sweet Dreams 3 would release him from this self-imposed prison he's been in for most of his 85 years.

But… a couple of years ago I gave him a bottle and he refused to even try it. There isn't any point in bringing it up again.

So many people are "stuck" in thinking that doctors and pharmaceuticals are the only
answer to their problems... I feel sorry for them.

Meanwhile – last week I started waking up every couple of hours each night. Since I have the complete set of 38 essences, I mixed up a remedy and put that problem behind me.

Thanks Dr. Bach, for making it so easy to solve some of life's annoying problems.

Did the new horse need Feel5ive?

Did this beautiful little guy need Feel5ive?

I put some in the water trough, but no, I don't think he needed it. He seemed curious about his new surroundings, but perfectly calm about the change. Mostly, he was interested in all that green grass!

Was Feel5ive still useful? Oh yes. For me.

This horse hadn't been ridden for several years, and I hadn't ridden for 2 years, so when I decided after a few days that he'd settled in and it was time for a ride, I was the one who was nervous. Horses can sense that and sometimes react negatively, so a dose of Feel5ive before saddling up was just the thing.

And what happened? He was a perfect gentleman. As soon as the weather cools a bit, we'll go for some longer rides.

If you're facing an event that makes you nervous, and even happy things can make you nervous, calm yourself with Feel5ive.

If it's a really stressful event, start taking it the day before, then be sure to take more in the morning, and more just before you have to face whatever is scaring you.

Feel5ive for Horses? I think I'll try it!

In 8 days, our property will become home to a horse who has been living alone with very little human contact for about the last 9 years. That's when "his person" passed away. The people he's with feed him, and the children hand him a carrot now and then, but they don't ride him. They're actually a bit afraid of horses.

He's friendly and seems gentle, but when I led him out of his enclosure he did get nervous.

How will he feel about being plunked down in a new home with a human he's only met once? How will he feel about being asked to carry a saddle again? What will he think if a deer or a moose wanders by?

When I know my dogs are likely to be upset about something I put a few drops of Feel5ive,
"Thunderstorms," or "Home Alone" in their water dish.

How many drops of Feel5ive should I add to a 50 gallon watering tank? Perhaps a couple of droppers-full?

I don't know, but I'm going to try it. I believe it will help him adjust to his new home and his new human. And the first few times I work on the two of us getting acquainted, I think I'll take a few drops myself.

Horses DO know when you're nervous, and my being nervous won't help him at all.
