Are you too shy to succeed?

The business world is competitive, and those who stay in the shadows are destined to remain in lower-level positions, even while contributing greatly to other’s success.

There are times when it’s necessary to speak up and speak out. There are times when one must assert themselves and be both seen and heard.

But… it’s hard.

I speak from experience, because while I’ve always enjoyed talking with people one-on-one,
I was terrified to speak up in large gatherings. Years ago, when I became a real estate broker, I felt a need to attend City Council and P&Z meetings. Then, due to the behavior of our city leaders, I learned that I HAD to speak up, even though the idea was terrifying.

Dr. Bach’s flower essences helped, as did a trick I learned: Always sit in the front row so you don’t notice all the people behind you.

What causes shyness, and what flower remedies help you overcome it?

Shyness can come from fear or from lack of self-confidence, and the two are tied together. You fear being ridiculed because you don’t have the self-confidence to ignore what other people might think of you.

Have you ever felt that way? I certainly did.

To release fear, use Mimulus. To overcome lack of self-confidence turn to Larch.

In a negative Larch state, you may feel that you “can’t” speak up for yourself. You “can’t” give a presentation or meet with an important client. You’re simply too sure that you’ll make mistakes, or “make a fool of yourself.”

Thus, you’re apt to let others take the credit for your ideas or the work you’ve done. . When you do that long enough, you’ll need another of Dr. Bach’s remedies – Willow, to help you release the resentment that you yourself helped to cause.

Instead of staying in the shadows, visit Feel Bach! Today and get your own personal blend of flower remedies. Get your energies back in alignment, then go forth and create the success you know you deserve.

Gain the courage to make a fresh start

Did you begin 2018 with a resolution to do something to better your life?

Perhaps you want to start a new business – even if part-time. Perhaps you want to join new
organizations or end your association with people whose negativity brings you down. Perhaps you want to move to an entirely new community and start fresh with new acquaintances, activities, and friends.

But… you’re finding it difficult to make that leap into unfamiliar territory. It IS a bit scary!
Doctor Bach’s flower remedies can help.

Gentian can help build your confidence and allow you to believe in yourself and your dreams.

Larch will also build your confidence. It is for people who don’t believe in their own abilities, even though they may be possessed with extraordinary abilities. Larch will remove your feelings of discouragement and low self-worth and fill you with a new sense of success and accomplishment.

Mimulus is the anti-fear flower essence. It may be just what you need to take that important first step toward accomplishing your dreams and goals.

And, since change is inevitable, yet scary, when you undertake a new adventure, turn to Walnut. This flower essence will help you adjust and adapt to those changes.

This IS a new year and a chance for a new beginning. Do it with confidence with some help from FeelBach! and Dr. Bach's formulas.

We wish you success and a Happy New Year!

Does the Thought of Thanksgiving Dinner Have you in a Knot?

While family get-togethers can be fun, they can also be the source of great anxiety.

If you're the cook, there's the fear of criticism from others who "could have done it better." Even if no one in the family would say a word, you could feel insecure and worried.

If you're a guest, you can suffer a similar anxiety - if reconnecting with distant family members brings fear of criticism. "What if Cousin Joe is doing better in his career than I'm doing in mine? Will he taunt me about it?"

Maybe there's a family member who is known for cutting remarks - and you know you'll have to face him or her.

What if the state of today's economy has caused you to lose that job - and perhaps even your house? If you're dining with successful family members, it's natural to have some feelings of inferiority.

For you, Centaury and Larch can bring welcome relief from feelings of inferiority.

Go to FeelBach! to order them today, so they'll be in your hands in time for Thanksgiving.
