Do you know someone who knows everything about everything?

Usually, such people are full of hot air. They don't know much about much, and what they do know is discounted because others simply assume that they don't know what they're talking about. Kind of like the little boy who cried wolf.

I've been thinking about such a person lately, and realizing that the reason for her objectionable behavior is her own low self-esteem and lack of self confidence. She's trying to build herself up in her own mind - and it's not working.

Those of us who know about energy know that Dr. Bach's remedies would help her - but that won't happen because she doesn't believe in natural remedies don't work. In addition, she wouldn't admit to feelings of inferiority.

The first step toward solving any emotional problem is to admit to yourself that it's a problem.

I feel sorry for her. But I also feel happy to know that you and I and others like us do know about energy - and know what to do about it if we start to experience energy blocks. When we begin to fall prey to unhealthy emotional states, we know that  Dr. Bach's flowers are always there to help us get back on track - and that's a good thing.

If you're not sure which remedies you need to help with an emotional imbalance, visit FeelBach! and take our questionnaire. You'll have the answer in no time at all!
