Pine Personalities need to be rescued

Do you have a child who is a Pine personality?

If so, he or she probably tries your patience with the never-ending words, “I’m sorry.” No matter how
many times you might say “There’s nothing to be sorry for,” it doesn’t help. A few minutes later he or she will be apologizing again.

Years ago, before I knew that Bach Flower Essences could help such folks, I knew a young boy who was a Pine personality. You could not speak with him for more than a minute or two before he said "I'm sorry."

He was a bit of a mischief maker, so there were times when he really did need to say these words. He was, after all, the 12-year old you could catch smoking out behind the barn. Most of the time, however, there was absolutely nothing to be sorry for. Most of the time he was a sweet and considerate child. He was sorry anyway.

At the time, I thought his misbehavior was a way to get attention, and of course that could have been part of the problem. He was the youngest of three children his Mother had from her first marriage. Now he had a younger sister who appeared to be the apple of both his Mother’s and his Step-father’s eyes.

Feeling brushed aside is not good for Pine personalities. Above all things, they long for love, acceptance, and attention.

After researching and studying the Bach Flower Essences, I've learned that people in the severe Pine state do tend to apologize for their very existence. They don't seem to recognize that they deserve to live, and certainly not to live happily.

In extreme cases, the Pine personality will even apologize for events that happened long before his or her birth.

Because they lack joy in life, they are often tired and are prone to illness. And they'll apologize for bothering people by becoming ill.

If you have a child or another loved one who suffers from this energy imbalance, read the rest of the story
about Pine, and then come back to FeelBach! and get him or her started on treatment. You'll be giving your loved one a valuable gift.

Say "No Thanks" to Guilt Trips

Don't Accept That Guilt Trip!

If you're a woman, you probably know that we seem to be born with a guilt complex.

It seems like we're constantly feeling guilty over something – because we take responsibility for things other
Pine can help you say "NO" to guilt.
people do, and because we let ourselves make a bigger deal out of something than it really is.

But we don't just do this to ourselves. Some people simply strive to make you feel guilty, so that no matter what you do, it’s not enough.

Of course, their barbs aren't usually just directed at you. They do it to everyone around them. And not just women are the object of their attention. Men go on guilt trips too.

You know some of them. They’re the moms who insist that you don’t love them unless you, your spouse, and the kids spend every holiday with them. Never mind that your spouse also has a mom.

They’re the siblings who guilt you into spending every week-end babysitting their kids, even though you haven’t had a get-away yourself in months
.
The way to say "No thanks" to their guilt trips is to use Dr. Bach's remedy Pine.
But what about those people who are trying to make you feel guilty?

They're suffering too -from a negative Chicory state.

The truth is, they feel unloved and unwanted, and they’re trying to feel better by forcing you to give them attention.

You can’t force anyone else to get help, but if you find yourself slipping into this kind of state, treat the condition with the Dr Bach's Chicory flower essence.
