Feel5ive for Puppies - and their people

Bringing a new puppy into your home means making some major adjustments, especially if you choose one who never seems to sit still.

First there's the question of potty training - the younger the pup the harder it is for them to "get it." And that can cause a good deal of anxiety for the person who is trying to do the training - and the clean up chores.

The thing to remember is not to become upset, angry, or abusive. You're dealing with a baby, after all. The calm and steady approach gets results, while anger causes more problems.

I've learned that Bach flower essences can help a lot - a dose of Feel5ive can bring relief to both of you. First, it helps the puppy calm down so it can pay attention. Then, it helps the person refrain from losing his or her temper!

The same can be said for other troublesome puppy traits - like chewing everything. Before you can teach your pup what is and isn't an acceptable chew toy, you have to get him to pay attention! And screaming at him for eating the TV remote will accomplish nothing but more anxiety for both of you.

So first, put your toys away! (That includes shoes, by the way.)Then, when he goes after something inappropriate, such as a chair leg, tell him to "leave it" and gently pull him away while giving him something he CAN chew on. Remember that he's teething, and like a teething human infant, does need to chew.

Put a few drops of Feel5ive your puppy's water dish a couple of times a day - and when you feel yourself beginning to feel frustrated or impatient, take some yourself. You'll both be happier, and your puppy will not only learn to trust you (because you're not a screaming meemie) but will learn the lessons faster.

By the way, for faster results, when your pup does something right, praise the action by name rather than by using his name. This will reinforce the good behavior and help him associate the words with actions that please you. Good sit, good come, good leave it, good off, good down, good go potty.

Pretty soon, you'll just be thinking "Good dog!"

Resolve to Feel Good in 2009

Do you have little nagging anxieties left over from last year? Are you paralyzed by worry over the state of the economy? Are you suffering from personality traits that you know are causing you either social or professional harm?

Are these worries causing you to miss out on the joy in life, or to lay awake at night?

If so, you aren't alone. And those feelings aren't new. If they had been, Dr. Bach would not have been compelled to study flower essences.

The fact is, we humans have been getting our energies out of balance for as long as we've had energies.

The good news is, thanks to Dr. Bach and his dedicated study, we can do something about it - and we don't need to take drugs or spend years with a therapist.

If you aren't as happy as you deserve to be, visit Feel Bach! today. Read the descriptions of each of the essences and their use.

If you recognize yourself and your feelings, you need that flower essence. However, if you're like most people, you have a combination of negative feelings bringing you down, so keep reading. You may be best off having a blend created from the Bach flowers you choose.

If you're not quite sure, then take the questionaire and let our experts create the blend for you. Either way, the sooner you get started, the sooner you'll begin to enjoy 2009.

This year may be a challenge, but many will come through it happier, healthier, and more financially prosperous than ever before. You deserve to be one of them.

Here's to a wonderful year!

Clearing your Money Energy

A couple of days ago we talked about clearing your household energy - and clearing your money energy goes hand in hand with that.

Teachers from ancient to modern times have advised: "If you don't use it or love it, get rid of it." Another admonition is that when you have broken things in your home you must either repair them or throw them away. Their presence creates an energy block that pulls you down emotionally AND prevents new things from coming into your life.

I don't pretend to know why this works, but after years of both study and experience, I can attest to the fact that it does.

Just as you use Bach Flower Essences to rebalance the energies in your body and spirit, you can use clutter clearing to rebalance and release the energy that allows financial abundance into your life.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by the doom and gloom being broadcast on TV, radio, and newspapers, you may feel that financial abundance can't be yours in this troubled year.

But it can - you simply need to take a couple of positive steps. The first one would be to quit listening to the gloom mongers. Unless there's something you can do about a problem, ignore it. Next is to assume that it has nothing to do with you and your financial future.

Then get busy on rebalancing your home and yourself. Clear the clutter from your home, toss out all the old "stuff" that's been holding you back, and start using FeelBach's "Get Hope Back" or "Joy" to put your internal energies back on track.

This year presents as many opportunities as any other - so get in balance and get moving.

Clearing your household energy

You know that Bach Flower Essences will help clear and balance the energy in your system, but what about the energy in your house?

If you're living in a house filled with stagnant energy, you can and should clear it out. Otherwise, you're giving your Bach Flower Remedies more work than they need by re-introducing stress each time you return home.

You may know about Feng Shui - the Chinese art of placement that helps bring positive energies to your home. I won't get into where to place what - that's a subject for an entire book. But one of the foundations of Feng Shui is getting rid of clutter.

When you have corners in your home filled with unused "stuff" the energy gets clogged there and cannot flow easily through the house. So start there.

Look behind doors, in corners, and in closets - and clear out the things you aren't using. Or... put them where they belong. If you have good things that you know you'll never use, donate them to a non-profit organization that will recycle them toward someone who will use them. Doing that will feel good on two fronts - clearing your house and doing good for someone else.

If the thought of parting with anything brings you distress, take the FeelBach! questionnaire and get the right flower essences to help you let go and move into the fresh new year.

You'll be amazed at the feeling of freedom you'll have when you clear the clutter!

Happy New Year!
